Exp:10 - 15 years Who is an ideal candidate ?

The ideal candidate for this position should have a Degree or Diploma in Printing Technology with around 10+ years of experience in decal printing or decoration in the glassware or ceramic industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of screen printing processes, inks and colors used for glass printing, screen preparation, and operation of decal printing machines. The role involves supervising decal printing operations, ensuring print quality, reducing printing defects, and coordinating with production and quality teams to ensure designs are accurately printed on glass products. The person will also manage the printing team and report to the Cold End Head, who oversees decoration and finishing processes after glass production.
