<h3>Job Summary:</h3>We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with working knowledge of HTML to design user-friendly, visually appealing, and highly functional web and mobile interfaces. The ideal candidate will translate user needs and business requirements into interactive designs while ensuring seamless implementation in collaboration with developers. <h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>✅ Understand project requirements and user needs to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. ✅ Design engaging, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces for web and mobile applications. ✅ Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and user experiences. ✅ Use design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.) to create responsive UI designs. ✅ Translate designs into HTML structure for developers when required. ✅ Work closely with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs. ✅ Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experience. ✅ Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices. ✅ Maintain design consistency and follow brand guidelines across all platforms. <h3>Requirements:</h3>✔ Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. ✔ Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong design portfolio. ✔ Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. ✔ Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML and an understanding of CSS. ✔ Ability to create responsive designs for web and mobile platforms. ✔ Familiarity with design systems and component libraries. ✔ Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. ✔ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ✔ Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
