Job Description: Customer Service Associate (Punjabi Callers and Hindi/English Caller)

About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our customer service team. As a customer service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

·       Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone.

·       Provide accurate and timely solution to customer problems and concern.

·       Assist customer with product information, order status and troubleshooting.

Problem Solving:

·       Identify and resolve customer issue effectively and efficiently

·       Escalate complex issue to appropriate team members.

Process Improvement

·       Contribute to process improvement initiative to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Teamwork:

·       Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support.

Required Qualification:

·       Education: Graduate Degree

·       Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi.

·       Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency.

·       Soft Skills: Strong Communication, interpersonal and problem solving. Confidence and positive attitude.

Shift Timing:

Male Candidate :24x7 shifts (6-3,7-4,8-5,9-6,10-7,11-8,12-9 ,2-10,4-1)

Female Candidate: 6 AM to 6 PM   (Any shift of 9 hours between ) 

Salary

CTC: 18000/- Per month for regional caller (Punjabi) (Quarterly Incentive of 2000/-)

CTC-14000/- Per month for hind/English caller.
