Job Description

Guru Kripa Enterprises is a growing organisation committed to excellence in business operations and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Computer Operator to join our team and support smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate computer systems and ensure the smooth functioning of office-related software and applications.
  • Enter, update, and manage company data in spreadsheets, databases, and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Prepare reports, letters, invoices, and other business documents.
  • Manage emails, digital files, and documentation with accuracy.
  • Support office staff with administrative and clerical tasks as required.
  • Ensure timely backups, data security, and safe storage of important files.
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues and coordinate with IT support when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate/12th Pass with Computer Diploma (as per company norms).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet applications.
  • Knowledge of email handling and basic accounting software (Tally/ERP – preferred).
  • Typing speed: Minimum 30-40 words per minute.
  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience as a computer operator or in a similar role will be an added advantage.
