Client relationship officer

Key Responsibility:

• Find and connect with people who can give leads (builders, brokers, engineers, officials, material shops, etc.).
• Promote the company’s schemes in nearby offices, shops, schools, and workplaces.
• Organize small events to create awareness.
• Distribute brochures and promotional materials.
• Work with local associations to promote the brand.
• Find new construction projects in the area.
• Handle daily sales and basic office work to achieve targets.
• Check business performance and suggest improvements.
• Do initial customer screening using the Tab App.
• Coordinate with the Cluster Manager to complete documents, get approvals, and collect processing fees.
