Overview: Join IndiaFirst Life Insurance Company Ltd (IIFL) as a Business Development Manager to drive life insurance sales through our partnered bank branches across Delhi - NCR. This role focuses on business growth, building strong relationships at the branch level, and delivering excellent customer service through the bancassurance channel.


Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and achieve sales targets through assigned bank branches

• Sell IIFL life insurance products to customers within the branch network

• Support Customer Relationship Officers in customer servicing and benefit illustration

• Build strong rapport with branch managers and staff

• Conduct regular training sessions for bank employees to enhance product knowledge

• Generate leads via walk-ins, referrals, and bank data mining

• Ensure consistent insurance penetration and improved productivity in bank branches

• Facilitate smooth processing of service requests and customer onboarding


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Achievement of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Sales Targets

• Active engagement and insurance penetration in assigned branches

• Number of trained and activated bank staff

• Lead conversion rates and branch-level productivity improvements


Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: Minimum 1 year of prior experience in life insurance sales

Other Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
