Job Description
Responsibility:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients, including SMEs, exporters, and manufacturers.
- Promote and pitch ALIBABA.COM’s services tailored to business needs.
- Onboard new clients to the ALIBABA platform and support their setup.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and convert leads into active clients.
- Build and nurture long-term business relationships with clients.
- Work towards and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Record and manage client interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, e-commerce, or client onboarding will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing, or related fields).
