Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels
• Pitch company offerings and convert leads into long-term partnerships
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Continuously improve product knowledge to address client needs effectively

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Gender: Open to both Male & Female candidates.
• Experience: Freshers welcome
• Location Preference: Candidates willing to relocate within their state will be given priority.

Training & Onboarding:

AURUM Bankers Program

• Classroom Training Duration: 
• 1.5 Months Classroom Training at IMT Ghaziabad stipend 20,000/-
• 2 Months on-the-job training stipend 15,000/- per month
• Course Fee: ₹2 lac + GST (payable before onboarding)
• Training location : - IMT Ghaziabad
• Annual CTC : ₹ 3.5 LPA
