With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, they possess a deep understanding of pharmaceutical packaging requirements, including regulations and standards. Their exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enable them to build and nurture strong relationships with clients, while their ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies ensures achievement of sales targets and increased market share. They are adept at identifying and prospecting new clients, negotiating contracts, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. Additionally, they excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams, staying updated on industry trends, and effectively managing time in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software, coupled with a willingness to travel as necessary, further enriches their suitability for this role.
