1. Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualization: Create scene-based artwork and instructional visuals for educational content.
• Simplification: Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to turn difficult academic theories into easy-to-understand diagrams or illustrations.
• AI Integration: Use AI tools to generate, refine, and accelerate your design workflow.
• Execution: Handle anatomy, perspective, composition, and layout for high-quality vector art.
• Multimedia (Bonus): Support basic video editing (e.g., Premiere Pro) for content enhancement.

2. Core Skills & Requirements

• Design Tools: Mastery of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Fundamentals: Strong grasp of human anatomy, proportions, and perspective.
• Educational Focus: Ability to create structured, "instructional" art rather than just decorative art.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree from a reputed design or animation institute.

3. Portfolio Must-Haves

The company explicitly states that applications without AI-based work samples will not be considered. Your portfolio must show:

1. Structured Visuals: At least 2 projects showing instructional or educational illustrations.
2. AI Workflow: Evidence of how you used AI to go from a prompt/concept to a final, refined design (demonstrating consistency and accuracy).
