The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and budgets.
• Create 2D/3D models, presentations, and technical drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and project reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and new technologies.
