Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings.
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and budgets.
Create 2D/3D models, presentations, and technical drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and project reports.
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and new technologies.
