INTERIOR SUPERVISOR – Role & Responsibilities

Qualification - Diploma/B Tech / M Tech

Salary - 15k to 30k PM

Job Location : Kolkata / Odisha / Kerala

1. Site Coordination

Supervise daily interior work activities on-site

Coordinate between contractors, vendors, and workers

Ensure materials and drawings are available on time

2. Quality Control

Inspect finishes: paint, flooring, carpentry, ceilings, partitions

Check alignment, levels, material quality, and workmanship

Ensure adherence to design specifications and standards

3. Progress Monitoring

Track daily and weekly work progress

Update site engineers or project managers with reports

Ensure timelines and schedules are followed

4. Safety & Compliance

Enforce safety rules (PPE, tools, site cleanliness)

Ensure compliance with site regulations and company standards

5. Communication & Reporting

Attend site meetings with consultants/clients

Report site issues, material shortages, or delays

Maintain labor records and daily site logs

✅ Key Skills:

Knowledge of interior materials and detailing

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings

Site problem-solving and manpower handling

Attention to detail and work discipline
