Job Description

Role Overview

We’re looking for a strong Sales Leader (Manager / Sr. Manager / AGM / GM) with proven experience in B2B / OEM / Institutional Sales within the technical or industrial textile sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B and institutional sales across assigned textile verticals.
  • Identify and onboard new OEM and distributor clients (domestic & export).
  • Manage pricing, proposals, negotiations, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Production & Quality teams for trials and custom solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • 5–20 years in Technical Textiles (Agri / Geo / Packaging / Automotive).
  • Strong techno-commercial acumen with costing & product performance knowledge.
  • Proven B2B / OEM sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management.
  • International business development experience preferred.
  • Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Textiles / Polymers / Mechanical) or MBA (Marketing).
  • Willingness to travel within India and overseas.
