Job Description
Role Overview
We’re looking for a strong Sales Leader (Manager / Sr. Manager / AGM / GM) with proven experience in B2B / OEM / Institutional Sales within the technical or industrial textile sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B and institutional sales across assigned textile verticals.
- Identify and onboard new OEM and distributor clients (domestic & export).
- Manage pricing, proposals, negotiations, and profitability.
- Collaborate with R&D, Production & Quality teams for trials and custom solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
- 5–20 years in Technical Textiles (Agri / Geo / Packaging / Automotive).
- Strong techno-commercial acumen with costing & product performance knowledge.
- Proven B2B / OEM sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management.
- International business development experience preferred.
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Textiles / Polymers / Mechanical) or MBA (Marketing).
- Willingness to travel within India and overseas.
