Job Description

We are looking for a results-oriented Ad-Sales Manager to drive our digital advertising revenue by cultivating strong relationships with agencies, brands, and media buyers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital ad sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and extensive knowledge of programmatic, display, video, Mobile App advertising. and OTT advertising.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies for display, video, mobile app ad inventory.
Build and maintain relationships with Ad Agencies, Brands, Media Buyers
Lead the team in pitching and onboarding direct advertisers and publishers.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to enhance targeting and sales tactics.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Attend industry events and client meetings to enhance brand presence and identify new opportunities.

Eligibility

4 years of experience in Ad-tech, preferably in Ad agencies, Brand Partnerships, Branding , Media Sales, OTT / Mobile App Advertising.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven success in onboarding High clients.
