Education Counselor/Sr.Counselor)

We are hiring Education Counselors to guide students in their overseas education journey. The role involves guiding students in their study abroad journey from first contact to successful enrollment and visa approvals. You will be responsible for lead engagement, conducting counseling sessions, managing student pipelines, ensuring successful enrollments, and maintaining strong student relationships. Salary: Fixed Salary + Uncapped Incentives based on performance.

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Engage and follow up with prospective students via calls, emails, and CRM. -
2. Conduct counseling sessions to understand student needs and recommend suitable study options. -
3. Build and manage a strong student pipeline to meet monthly targets. -
4. Convert prospects into successful applications and confirmed enrollments. -
5. Support students through applications, documentation, and visa processes. -
6. Maintain strong student relationships and generate referrals.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Excellent communication & persuasion/convincing skills. -
2. Strong sales orientation and target-driven mindset. -
3. Ability to use CRM tools and follow structured processes. -
4. Prior knowledge of overseas education (preferred) -
5. Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills. -
6. Ability to multitask, meet targets, and work under pressure.

Working Hour & Day Morning-9:30 Am to 6Pm,Monday to Saturday.
