Accountant

Job Description:-

We are looking for an Accountant for our client place based at Gurgaon, Haryana.

The Accountant is responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports,

maintaining cost records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role

focuses on daily accounting, , inventory control etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Financial Accounting:

• Prepare journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

2. Inventory Management:

• Monitor and control raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventories.
• Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile with system data.
• Ensure accurate valuation of inventory in accordance with accounting principles.

3. Taxation & Compliance:

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants
• Ensure for compliance monthly & yearly

4. ERP/Software Usage:

• Operate accounting software, tally, ERP Etc…
• Generate reports to support management decisions.

Educational Qualifications:-

• Mandatory: / B.Com. / M. Com.
• Industry Exposure - Manufacturing only.
