Store Manager - STORE Department
Responsible for managing and overseeing all store operations, including inventory control, material handling, and storage optimization (bins, racks, pallets). Ensure safe unloading and accurate documentation (LR forms, gate passes) with transporter coordination. Implement FIFO inventory issuance per BOM, maintain minimum-maximum stock levels, and conduct monthly stock audits in collaboration with production, purchase, accounts, and supply chain teams. Develop SOPs, 5S practices, and store layout for efficiency. Lead and train store staff, resolve customer issues, and uphold company policies. Drive strategies to boost sales, customer satisfaction, and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
