Handling Customs clearance of Export consignments. Handling of DGFT for FMS / FPS & MEIS license etc. Co-ordination with various Export Promotion Councils; Follow-up / co-ordination with DBK department. Follow-up / co-ordination with Insurance Co’s for Marine and other policies. Follow-up with supplier’s for supply the material according to our P.O. terms. Pre-shipment and Post-shipment documentation. Negotiation of Documents with Banks as per L/C terms. Follow-up for payment and L/c with the bank and directly with the buyer. Handling various shipping co’s shipping / forwarding agents for export shipment through break bulk and containerized by Sea and Air from all over Indian Ports. Negotiation of Freight rate.
