* Perform installation, calibration, and commissioning of Pneumatic Tube System Hospital. * System Troubleshooting and Maintenance * Project Management * Installation, Maintenance and service of CSSD equipment (Autoclave/Sterilizer, Weter Disinfection and Dryer). * Schedule service for equipment and prepared all necessary documents repair and modification work. * Managing a team for various site. * Install software in Pneumatic tube system * Assisted team members and perfomed Maintenance work in other areas as well. * Ensured that all customers queries were answered and all complaints resolved within minimum time. * Ability to provide technical support. * Ability to Maintain good relation with customer and medical staffs. * Good skills to resolve all technical issues.
