> CollarCheck is a verified hiring and job search platform in India. Job seekers build a peer-verified career profile (CC ID) with employment history confirmed directly by past employers, plus ratings and reviews. Employers post jobs for free and hire from a pool of pre-verified candidates, cutting time and cost on traditional background checks.

CollarCheck replaces the traditional resume with a verified digital profile. Employees add their employment history, and the listed employer confirms it directly on the platform — turning self-reported claims into employer-verified facts. Verified employers can also rate and review employees, giving future employers a credible signal before the interview stage. Reviews and salary details remain private and visible only to the employee and their current employer unless explicit access is granted.

For employers, CollarCheck removes the guesswork from screening: verified employment history, employer-given ratings, and reviews are visible before shortlisting, reducing bad hires and the 2–3 months typically lost identifying a poor-fit employee. Job posting and candidate browsing are free.
