Role Responsibility. • Managing employee records and HR databases • Familiar with CLMS Software and also with Excel proficiency • Facilitating recruitment processes and onboarding and exit procedures • Drafting HR letters, including notices and official documents • Facilitating payroll or attendance management • Managing employee relations and engagement and facilitating performance management • Pinpointing skill gaps and learning need through employee feedback • Developing and executing training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules • Facilitate proper training programs for new workers, including POSH, Code of Conduct, and workplace safety provisions • Ensure complete on-the-job training programs by departmental heads • Documents verification of new workers for hiring
