Co-ordinate with QC for quality clearance of inward materials. Plan the schedule for production on daily basis and manage the manpower according to daily production target. Minimise daily rejection/rework percentage in assembly line. To ensure balance flow of material on daily basis to achieve uniform production. Maintain customer PPM, resolve operational issues, drive cost-saving initiatives. Work out on customer complaints and take corrective actions to avoid such complaints in future. Active participation in stock (Inventory) taking against the SAP system stock at the month end. Ensure zero customer line stoppages.
