Production Management -Execute daily fabrication schedules for parboiling plants, driers, and boiler accessories -Optimize workshop resource allocation to minimize material wastage and meet strict delivery timelines -Lead a team of supervisors, welders, and fitters to maintain high workshop productivity -Implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce cycle times and eliminate production bottlenecks -Maintain precise batch-wise finished goods (FG) records to ensure seamless traceability and accurate productivity analysis -Lead daily HOD meetings to align production, quality, and supply chain teams on daily targets Quality ControlInspect -Incoming materials to ensure quality and maintain the documentation for the same -Establish standard operating procedures and stage inspection checklists for Parboiling Drier & silo units -Manage non-conformance reports (NCR), root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions for fabrication defects -Conduct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) for heat exchangers followed by Hydrostatic testing -Administer pneumatic leak detection on water tanks to identify micro fissures or weld defects Engineering & Design -IntegrationMaintain specifications, drawings, and technical manuals -Develop and design products and systems based on customer requirements and industry standards -Estimate comprehensive plant material expenditures for competitive project quotations -Assign specific tasks to designated machines, workstations, or departments -Prepare material requisition forms -Submit the final code list to the dispatch department and erection drawings to the service department
